Day 3

Today is pattern Mixing.

Here's the look:

This skirt is kind of bold in and of itself, which is why I usually pair it with a simple cream or black shirt. But today, I decided this bright blue poke-a-dot shirt could be the ticket to a new look, and I think it worked. I just love this skirt, but I felt so limited in what I could wear with it. Now, the wheels are spinning with possibilities. The rule of thumb these days (at least in my book) is anything can go as long as it's paired with confidence. Isn't confidence generally the key to most things in life?

If this wasn't bold enough for you, just wait until tomorrow's look.

This looks fabulous! I love your saying about how anything can go if it's paired with confidence. I might have to use that one of these days!

Okay, you keep AMY-zing me! I normally hate when people mix patterns but you look SYLING in your mix. Keep it up, this is fun to see what you'll come up with next.

If there is one thing that this challenge is teaching me, it is that I need more lace and more polka dots. And apparently I need them together, because this looks awesome!

I never would have thought to pair these two together, but it makes a gorgeous outfit!! That skirt by itself is perfect, but with the polka dots, I just love it!
